Buy Your Friends’ Books and Buy Your Friends Books – the feelgood story of legal careers

There are many ways in our noble profession to support our colleagues but nothing compares to the joy you’ll feel when you buy legal texts they’ve written or other things they’ve published. Why? ’cause you’ll be in their good books, so to speak, pun mildly intended, forever.

As someone who has five published legal texts — with two more to come in the next year — and many contributing author submissions in others’ books, I never forget my friends sending pictures of themselves holding my books – or who bought the first ever copy when it was released.

The pride we take as authors and editors of legal texts in that work can’t be overstated.

The amount of work it takes to publish or edit a legal text is astounding.

Nobody does it for the money or for the glory.

We all do it for the love of the work and the law.

Here are some of my latest purchases, and books gifted to me, written or published by or gifted by my friends.

Buy these books now for yourself and your friends and colleagues. Make everyone feel better. Win:win

Then go buy my books last – but try not to forget about them, because I will love you forever for it
