Game 6 of the ALCS Sunday Oct 19 2025 was MADNESS – and we were there to see – and hear it!

That was right up there with Game 5 in 2025 – which was Oct 14 2015 – aka the BATFLIP game.

And it was fitting that Jose Bautista returned to the Rogers Centre last night for Game 6 on his 45th birthday to throw out the first ceremonial pitch. That’s when the place started to really go wild or to be fair escalated into chants of Jose, Jose, Jose…….Jose, Jose!! I was suddenly reminded of how we never could get that one in sync even back then. Great to see him there last night and eating cake too!

The crowd was wild – nearly 45 thosuand – utterly sold out – screaming our hearts and lungs out. My hands hurt, my voice is gone, I was crying with tears – because this was a must win game and the one before kinda sucked for our boyz.

I saw that some people were doing this, so I stuck my rally towel inside my cap.

I wore the same jersey I had on to clinch the American League East Division at the last home game of the Season on Sept 28, which was so emotional.

High fives with random strangers non-stop.

This is living.

Let’s get them in Game 7 tonight – but whatever happens, baseball has given us, the City – my family – so much joy this year. Thank you Vlad and Ernie and Varsho and Springer and gang.
