Legal Aid Ontario Training and Education Videos — including ORB representation — for Criminal Law and Mental Health Available online at LAO LAW – March 2024

If you have an Ontario Legal Aid certificate number there are helpful videos up – a little bit hard to find.

But I did this with Michael Feindel – our Crown for Ontario and in Toronto – on how to represent clients at the ORB and I was reminded of the need for it today.

This is an incredibly useful hour of content that will ensure you know how to professionally represent unfit and NCR accused at the Ontario Review Board

There are also 4-5 other videos in this series.

They are on LAO Law’s website here:

They’re found under Criminal Law and Mental Health training and materials section
