Halsbury’s Mental Health Law 2023 Reissue — Now Available — October 2023

This beautiful and important encyclopedic compilation of civil mental health laws across Canada is finally out in 2023. It is only updated and reissued every four years. An important resource for those working in this area of law, you can find it in every law library.

Always fun to be bound together with Mines and Minerals, if marginally less so with “Military” – but still cool in its own way.

The wonderful Halsbury’s joins my regular roster of LexisNexis textbooks, with which many of you are already familiar pictured here:

And of course the most recent new release from 2023, the student case book Law and Mental Health in Canada: Cases and Materials

In less than a year, by end of summer 2024, you can look forward to the next chapter as it were, an entirely new collection of astounding mental health / mental disorder law content in a stunning new volume that is the largest scale undertaking yet of my publishing career. More exciting news on that soon!

Thanks for caring about mental health justice dear reader!
