It was really beautiful and such a warm enveloping feeling to get together in the same, albeit sadly virtual, “room” with my friends and cherished colleagues, Stephanie DiGiuseppe who represented David Sullivan, Matt Gourlay and Danielle Robitaille who represented Thomas Chan and Michelle Biddulph who acted for Jerome Brown in these cases at the SCC.
Carter Martell, Sarah Rankin and I represented the Empowerment Council. It was really a pleasure to be (a small supporting player and) a tiny part of this special panel and evening.
