Starting New Role as CLA’s Women’s Director Dec 1 2020

Some nice news for me today. I was selected and I am now back on the Board of Directors of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, this time as the Women’s Director, working alongside my good friend and cherished colleague Cass DMelo – it’s going to be great fun and I cannot wait to get started. I am also really looking forward to working with Shaunna Kelly and again with good friends Sid FreemanKeli Mersereau and John Hale, under leadership of President John Struthers. I am sure I’m forgetting some people. Anyway, I am ready and eager to work. Looking forward to meeting all the Women on the Women’s Committee and joining new Committees (hopefully about Indigenous clients and issues for eg). Very happy today. Nice to be back where I belong!
