Starson v Swayze in the SCC January 15 2003

There has been so much talk of this case lately and I am glad.

It was a landmark decision. I had the privilege of being appointed Amicus Curiae in the Supreme Court.

While there were no webcasts available then, I do have the VHS tapes!!
