Officer Doe Denied Anonymity on Beau Baker Inquest

The officer who asked for a publication pan and to have his identity suppressed during the Inquest into Beau Baker’s shooting death in Kitchener has lost his application for anonymity.  I was fortunate to be able to intervene in this case for my client the Empowerment Council.  This is the right result.   Here is the media coverage:
