The CLA / LAMDA Mental Disorder In Criminal Justice Conference was a Huge Success!

And so it begins, a long and productive new tradition filled with learning and laughter!

An abundance of wisdom, expertise, collegiality and Michaels!!

I was first elected a Toronto Director of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association in 2013, when the Law Society of Ontario had already agreed to host the very first of this kind of mental disorder conference I created.

I then brought the recurring now annual event in-house to CLA and the result was already spectacular — but it’s even better now that LAMDA, the volunteer lawyer association I founded in 2017 is co-hosting. This is the first, but certainly not the last, of these!!
