To Ensure that Justice is Done

Honoured to be included together with Jill Presser in this beautiful volume in memory of the late Justice Marc Rosenberg, whose inspired foundation of an amicus curiae program in the Court of Appeal is ultimately responsible for nearly all of Canada’s mental health jurisprudence in the Review Board’s context. Our essay is entitled: “. . . Even and Especially, the Most Reviled and Despised”: Justice Marc Rosenberg’s Commitment to Access to Justice and Procedural Fairness for the Mentally Disordered.”
