Hansell Report on Governance Issues at the Law Society of Ontario

On April 16 2025 Hansell McLaughlin Advisory Group released a report on this scandal.

This firm is one of Canada’s top governance advisors.

Their report broadly supports the concerns I have expressed elsewhere on this blog and LinkedIn including on the conflicts of interest issues, the wisdom of an independent investigation into the conduct of the Compensation Committee members and that they should be “stepping off.”
