We work in a fast paced environment doing litigation on a regular basis – essentially daily at the tribunal level before the Consent and Capacity Board and the Ontario Review Board.
We also have a very busy appellate practice mostly in the Court of Appeal but also in the Superior Court of Justice.
Approximately once annually, we participate in a long, high-profile Coroner’s Inquest.
Working remotely is an option, so the candidate does not necessarily have to be located in Toronto.
Applications may be submitted immediately with a deadline of September 2, 2022 at 5:00 pm.
Please forward your CV and a writing sample to leanne@asabarristers.com with a copy to anita@asabarristers.com
The position will begin as a probationary contract.
