Court of Appeal absolutely Discharges Quentin Carrick from the Bench – September 17, 2018

This week the Court of Appeal absolutely discharged Quentin Carrick. This was this gentleman’s fourth attempt to obtain his freedom while detained through 11 years under the Ontario Review Board’s jurisdiction. It is a great honour and privilege to represent vulnerable clients in cases like this. Occasionally, I am able to make a real difference. Days like this may be few and far between but are worth the wait and the fight.
